2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Approve content in a timely manner

  • Comply with applicable laws

3. Payments

  • Fees are agreed upon in advance

  • Payments must be made within agreed deadlines

  • Late payments may result in service suspension

4. Intellectual Property

All content created remains the property of OMNIA Media until full payment is received.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Platform algorithm changes

  • Third-party service disruptions

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services for breach of terms or non-payment.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece.
